Andrew is a successful serial Global Fintech , Crypto & Sustainable Finance Entreprenuer & investor having co-founded and run leading FinTechs , Global Bank Consortium platforms and been an early investor in Crypto/market infrastructure unicorns and Sustainable Finance/Carbon Credits platforms. He is passionate about being a key contributor in the new wave of Web3 Financial services and Transition Finance/Net Zero initatives.

Tunde Olayinka is a serial Global Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO with several decades of experience in core banking, regulatory compliance and financial crime control, payments services and compliance consulting across various financial institution groups ranging from Authorised Payment Institutions, E Money Institutions and Challenger Banks in UK, Europe, Asia and African markets. A law expert with various law degrees as well as a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Crime Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA). A Fellow of the ICA.

Before joining Klickl, Dermot held senior leadership roles at global institutions including JP Morgan, UBS, Dresdner Kleinwort, and Nomura, where he led emerging markets strategy, capital markets, and cross-border finance across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

He later founded Lapwing Advisers in London and served as a key executive at Royal Privilege Group in Abu Dhabi, focusing on regulated investment and international strategic partnerships.

Wael has over 20 years of experience in financial markets in UAE and International markets, handled managerial positions in several financial institutions such as ENBD, Al Ansari Brokerage, Global for shares and bonds.

He got very familiar and experienced in Brokerage trading and Risk management . He has a BA degree in Banking and Finance from Amman University.

Over 15+ years of enterprise grade software technology consulting background covering areas of governance ,risk, compliance ,internal audits ,blockchain analytics and know your business/ transaction solutions in the web2 and web3 space.

George has also been leading various partner ecosystem development roles while he was serving various MNCs while in Singapore , Australia ,Middle East and through his solution consulting skills been provisioning technology platforms to bring in operational efficiency and effectiveness for large financial institutions ,governments and regulators in Asia.

Mandy holds Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, and Master's degree from City, University of London - Bayes Business School. She possesses 2 years experience in enterprise landing services in the Middle East, specializing in investment due diligence, special license/permit applications, and providing legal services for companies in the financial technology and logistics industries. Previously worked as an investment analyst at a risk investment firm on Baker Street in London, and has relevant management experience at the claims department of the headquarters of China Peoples Insurance Company,a central state-owned enterprise.
